One console for every computer your organisation owns. It answers what would otherwise take a morning of asking around: what we have, what is installed on it, what is behind on updates, and what is about to break. Built for in-house IT teams and managed service providers.
Monitoring, patching, software deployment, asset inventory and remote support, in one place. Your team signs in to a single console instead of stitching together separate tools for each job.
Every desktop, laptop and server you own in one list, whether it sits in the office or in somebody’s spare room. Each is recorded against a person, a site and a department, and its policy travels with it when it leaves the building.
Processor, memory, disk and network use are sampled continuously, alongside services and scheduled tasks. Thresholds are yours to set, which matters: a build server at ninety percent is working as intended, a reception PC is not.
Authorised technicians connect to the devices you manage in one click. Share the screen with the person using it, move files and run commands, with every session written to the audit log.
Jesto lists what each device is missing, sorted by severity. Approve updates yourself or auto-approve a severity band you trust, and installs run in the window you nominate. Devices switched off at the time are picked up on their next check-in rather than quietly skipped.
| Patch | Severity | Devices | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| KB5034123 · Windows 11 cumulative update | Critical | 1,102 | Installed |
| Google Chrome 128.0 | High | 980 | Scheduled 02:00 |
| Adobe Acrobat Reader 24.2 | Medium | 640 | Awaiting approval |
| Zoom Workplace 6.1 | Low | 512 | Installed |
| Java Runtime 8u411 | High | 96 | Installed |
Install, update and remove applications across hundreds of company devices from one place, on a schedule you choose. Per-device status shows what landed and what needs another go.
Each device reports its processor, memory, storage, serial number and installed applications on every check-in, and records what changed. The history is the useful part: it shows a disk filling over months, or the four machines still on last year’s release.

Jesto's remote management software covers the whole estate, on the office network, at home, or in the field, with no VPN required.
See it in actionFive stages, from an empty console to a fleet you can answer questions about.
Book a DemoYour administrators push a lightweight agent to company devices using the tooling you already have: an MSI through group policy, a script, or an enrolment link. The agent does not hide that it is running.
On first check-in each device reports its operating system, hardware, installed applications and network. Printers and switches are found by scanning the subnets you nominate, no agent needed. Within an hour the console knows more than the last audit did.
The console then watches for the conditions you care about: a threshold crossed, a service stopped, an update missing, a device gone quiet. This stage runs by itself, and its job is to notice things earlier than a person would.
Approve updates, push or remove an application across a group, run a script, or open a remote session, all without walking to a desk. Sessions on a device somebody is using begin only once that person approves.
All of it accumulates into a record you can query: what we own, what is out of date, what changed this month. Schedule the reports somebody asks for regularly and audit evidence stops being a fire drill.
From a five-person IT team to a managed service provider with hundreds of clients, Jesto scales with the way you work.
Multi-tenant RMM tools to monitor and support every client from one dashboard, with per-client alert routing and reporting.
Centralized endpoint management for growing companies replacing scripts, spreadsheets, and three separate tools with one endpoint management software.
Remote access software for business that keeps home and field devices patched, monitored, and supported without a VPN.
Manage retail stores, clinics, and warehouses from head office with remote administration software and site-level policies.
Export patch status, disk-encryption state, and asset ownership as evidence when your organisation is audited against ISO 27001, SOC 2, or cyber-insurance requirements.
Deploy software to labs, monitor shared devices, and support staff and students remotely across every campus building.

| Supported operating systems | Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, macOS and major Linux distributions, including virtual machines. One agent, one console. |
|---|---|
| Agent deployment | MSI through group policy, script, or an enrolment link. It appears in installed programs like any other application. |
| Device discovery | Agent-based for computers and servers. Subnet scanning finds printers, switches and routers without an agent. |
| Hardware monitoring | Processor, memory, disk and network use, service and task state, health-related event log entries, uptime and connectivity. Kept as history. |
| Software inventory | Installed applications and versions per device, with licence data you record and change tracking on new installs. |
| Remote management | Remote sessions, file transfer, command line, service and process control, restart. Sessions on a device in use start only after the person approves. |
| Device grouping | Groups by site, department, role or tag. Thresholds, patch schedules and deployment jobs target the group, and new devices inherit it. |
| Alerts | Threshold, service-state, missing-update and device-offline alerts to email, Slack or Teams, with optional remediation scripts. |
| Reporting | Inventory, patch compliance, device health and activity. On demand or scheduled, and exportable. |
| User and role management | Role-based access, restrictable by device group and time window. |
| Audit logs | Administrator actions and remote sessions: who connected, to which device, when, and what was done. |
| API and integrations | API access on Enterprise. Built-in Slack, Teams, Jira, Outlook and Notion integrations. |
| Security controls | Encryption in transit, role-based permissions, optional two-factor authentication, SSO on Enterprise. |
Software that reaches into company devices has to be accountable for how it does it.
Agent-to-console traffic and the console itself are encrypted in transit. Data at rest sits on Microsoft Azure and AWS infrastructure.
A helpdesk role that can open a support session need not also be one that can push software to the whole estate.
Narrow access by device group and time window, so a contractor covering one site out of hours cannot reach head office at midday.
Who connected, to which device, when, and what they did. The log is what makes the access reviewable rather than merely permitted.
The agent connects outbound to the console, so no inbound firewall port is needed, including for devices off the corporate network.
Optional two-factor authentication, and SSO through your identity provider on Enterprise.
Records are kept while your workspace is active, and can be exported or deleted on request. Our privacy policy sets out what is collected and what is not.
The agent does not hide itself, log keystrokes, or capture the screen outside an approved session. Administrative tooling, not surveillance software.
Everything you need to know about Jesto Remote System Management. Still have a question?
Talk to UsIt lets IT teams monitor, manage and support computers and servers from one console without being physically present. Jesto combines endpoint management, monitoring, patching, software deployment, asset inventory and remote support in one cloud-hosted platform.
RMM focuses on device health, alerting and automated remediation. UEM focuses on enrolment, policies and the device lifecycle. Jesto does both, so you do not need one tool for each.
Yes. Technicians can reach servers and shared devices with nobody signed in, which suits after-hours maintenance. When someone is using the device, the session starts only once they approve it. Every session is logged.
Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, macOS and major Linux distributions, plus virtual machines. Printers, switches and routers are discovered without an agent.
Jesto lists what each device is missing. Approve updates yourself or auto-approve by severity, and they install in a maintenance window with reboot control and rollback.
Yes. Push MSI, EXE, PKG and DEB packages to the device groups you choose, and remove applications you no longer want. Per-device status shows what landed.
Yes. Jesto builds a hardware and software inventory for every managed device, tracks licences and warranty dates, and discovers network devices by subnet.
Yes. A multi-tenant console, per-client dashboards and client-level reporting suit managed service providers as well as in-house IT teams.
All remote sessions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and protected by role-based permissions, optional two-factor authentication, and full session logging. Access can be restricted by device group, time window, and technician role, and end users can be required to approve attended sessions. Our Remote System Management privacy policy sets out exactly what the agent collects and what it does not.
Most teams see their first devices in the console within an hour. Monitoring, patch scanning and inventory begin automatically. Onboarding help is included on every plan.
No. The Jesto console is cloud-hosted and runs in any modern browser, so there is nothing to download or install to use it. The devices you manage run a small Jesto agent that your IT administrators deploy centrally to company-owned endpoints from the console. It is not consumer software and is not distributed from this page. Organisations deploy it to devices they own, and are responsible for telling the people who use them that it is installed.
Monitor, patch, deploy, and support every managed device from one cloud-hosted console. Set up in minutes from your browser, no credit card required.
