One endpoint is one managed device that runs the Jesto agent: a desktop, laptop, server or virtual machine. Network devices such as printers, switches and routers are discovered for inventory without an agent, and are not billed as endpoints.
Yes. Every plan starts with a trial and no credit card is required. You get the full feature set of the plan you pick, so you can enroll real devices and judge it on your own estate before committing.
Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly at any time and pick up the annual saving straight away. Moving from yearly back to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Add endpoints or move up to Professional or Enterprise whenever you need to. Billing is prorated, so you only pay for the days you actually spend on the higher plan in that period.

Remote sessions are encrypted in transit and protected by role-based permissions, optional two-factor authentication and full session logging. You can restrict access by device group, time window and technician role, and require the person at the device to approve attended sessions.
