You set maintenance intervals for each vehicle — by date (e.g. every 3 months) or by odometer reading (e.g. every 10,000 km). Jesto sends automated reminders to the fleet manager and the assigned driver before the service is due, and logs the completed service with the date, cost, and service provider for compliance records.

Yes. Drivers have a dedicated mobile-friendly view where they can start and end trips, log fuel fill-ups with receipt photos, and report any issues with the vehicle. Managers see all driver submissions in real time and can approve or query entries without chasing over WhatsApp or email.

Jesto stores registration certificates, insurance policies, PUC certificates, permit documents, fitness certificates, and any custom document you need — each with an expiry date. You receive automated alerts before a document expires so nothing slips through during an inspection.

On the Professional plan, you draw virtual boundaries (geofences) around key locations — a depot, a restricted zone, a client site. When a vehicle enters or exits a geofence, Jesto immediately notifies the relevant manager. You can also set speed alerts, idle-time alerts, and after-hours movement alerts for any vehicle or vehicle group.
